Data security
Secure data erasure of IT equipment
We erase everything to NIST 800-88 and handle your data to ISO 27001 and 27701 – certified, documented and completely safe, every time.

Worried there's still sensitive data on the computers, servers and phones you're about to retire? That's completely understandable. We erase and destroy your data-bearing media securely and with certification – from pickup to a certificate of destruction – so you can confidently document that your data is gone for good. Peace of mind, plain and simple.
The methods
Two methods for secure erasure
Software overwriting
Data-bearing media are overwritten so data cannot be recovered – to NIST 800-88.
Physical destruction
Where required, media are destroyed physically and irreversibly – to NIST 800-88 and DIN 66399.
Certified
Documented peace of mind – all the way
We are ISO- and ISAE-certified and work to international standards. For you, that means data security and GDPR are covered – in black and white.

Erasure
Erasure to NIST 800-88
NIST Special Publication 800-88 covers secure and verifiable destruction of data – on both physical media (hard drives, SSDs, USB, mobile phones) and logical media. The standard describes how data should be cleared, purged or destroyed so it cannot be recovered. For you, that means you can rely 100% on nothing ever being recovered.
Handling
Handling to ISO 27001 and 27701
We deliberately separate the erasure itself from how we handle data. ISO 27001 covers information security in general, while ISO 27701 covers data protection and privacy (GDPR-oriented). Together they provide a complete framework for secure and compliant handling of data. For you, that means both data security and GDPR are covered – without you lifting a finger.
The process
How we secure your data
The entire process is documented and follows our certified processes. We collect the equipment, register it, erase or destroy the data-bearing media, and issue a certificate of destruction. You get full traceability from pickup to final handling.
Documentation
Certificate and compliance
After erasure you receive a certificate of destruction documenting what was erased, when, and to which standard. That's your evidence for GDPR documentation and internal audits – peace of mind, in black and white.
Frequently asked questions about data erasure
Yes. We erase to NIST 800-88 and handle data to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, and issue a certificate of destruction – so erasure is irreversible, compliant and documented.
Yes – you receive a certificate of destruction with the date, method and standard for each job.
Equipment that can be reused is given new life through our IT recycling; the rest is recycled in an environmentally sound way.
