We believe that responsibility should be measurable. That is why we follow up on our efforts for the environment, people and quality every year. The ESG report provides an overview of where we stand and where we are heading.

The ESG report covers many aspects of our work. Here you can see the key areas where we make a difference – for the environment, for people and for the way we do business.
Environment
Reduced energy and CO₂
In 2025, we used 226.0 MWh of energy, of which 101.2 MWh of electricity was covered by guarantees of origin. Scope 1 emissions were 33.6 t CO₂e. This represents an absolute reduction of 25% and a full 58% lower emissions per revenue since 2022.
Social responsibility
Safe framework for people
We are ISO 45001 certified and work purposefully with well-being and safety – with zero work-related accidents in 2025. Our 49 employees also include colleagues in flexi-jobs, apprentices and young workers, and strong procedures for data erasure and information security give both employees and customers full confidence in the process.
Biodiversity
Space for wild nature
On our property, we have 2,000 m² of natural area. In 2025, we set aside 200 m² of the 2,000 m² for wild nature – a small but important contribution to more local biodiversity for butterflies, bees and other insects.
Certifications
Documented quality
We work systematically with quality, environment and security. This is documented through certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701 and 45001 as well as an ISAE 3000 type 2 statement.
