EasyRecycle offers a complete circular solution with pickup, data erasure, upgrading, and resale of used IT equipment. We are certified in both data security and environmental management, ensuring professional handling.

We focus on extending the lifespan of IT equipment and reducing the CO₂ footprint by reusing as much equipment as possible. If equipment cannot be reused, we ensure environmentally friendly recycling.

Pickup of IT equipment is done by sending a request to erhverv@easyrecycle.dk.

• Pickup is done with EasyRecycle's own vehicles and drivers.
• Vehicles have GPS monitoring for full traceability.
• There are always two drivers who identify themselves with ID cards.
• Equipment is stored in EasyRecycle's secure processing center the same day as pickup.

• Data-bearing equipment → Data is erased or destroyed.
• Functional equipment → Upgraded and resold.
• Non-reusable equipment → Sent for proper recycling.

• All data erasures are performed according to ISO 27001-certified processes and in accordance with NIST standards.
• Approved data erasure software is used to permanently delete data.
• Devices that cannot be data-erased are destroyed according to the DIN66399 standard.
• A deletion report is prepared for all data-bearing devices.

Yes, we are certified to handle business-critical data and offer both on-site and off-site data erasure for maximum security.

In 2023, EasyRecycle reused 292 tons of IT equipment, which is double from the previous year. Equipment that cannot be reused is sent for environmentally friendly recycling.
