How long have you been a part of EasyRecycle?
I started in September 2019 as a digital retail apprentice in customer service and the shop. After my apprenticeship, I became permanently employed and created my own position as marketing manager, as it was an area the company did not have. So I started it from scratch and have developed it across various platforms. I have been with the company for 5.5 years as of now.
What is the best thing about working at EasyRecycle?
I am allowed to express my creative (and sometimes crazy) ideas with freedom under responsibility. Building things from scratch and seeing the development, I think is really cool - and I absolutely love data!
The colleagues are my second family, so that certainly has a big impact on well-being at work.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I’m probably a bit of a fitness and running enthusiast. In addition, I have my little hobby business where I photograph families, children, animals, and life’s significant events such as confirmations and weddings. Of course, I enjoy spending the majority of my free time with my family.
Which project has been the most satisfying to work on?
Building all of the company’s social media and Google Ads from scratch. Seeing the impact it had from when I became a full-time marketing manager compared to before.

And we have some really skilled competent employees who are passionate about what they do, benefiting both the customers and the environment. Our solutions are in-house, so we always have full control over all processes with the equipment that is procured.
