How long have you been a part of EasyRecycle?
I have been a part of EasyRecycle for two years, and my journey here started with an internship where I had the opportunity to try my hand at a completely new industry. It was an exciting challenge to step into a world I was unfamiliar with – but it has turned out to be the right choice.
For the majority of my adult working life, I have spent time as a store manager in the pet industry, so the switch to EasyRecycle marked a new chapter for me both professionally and personally.
Today, I have landed in a place where I thrive – and where I have gained solid experience with both administrative tasks and the role of Business Coordinator. I love my new challenges and thrive in the responsibility and pace that comes with the role – especially working with B2B sales, where I get the chance to develop myself and create value every day.
What is the best thing about working at EasyRecycle?
One of the best things about working at EasyRecycle is the combination of exciting tasks and a strong community. I primarily work with B2B sales, and it brings a special satisfaction when a task succeeds, and you can see the results of your efforts.
There is a great degree of freedom under responsibility, which allows for both professional and personal development – and the working hours make it possible to find a good balance between work and leisure.
What really makes a difference in everyday life are the great colleagues. We lift each other up, share knowledge, and support one another, creating a work environment where you both feel at home and become professionally sharper every day.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time in nature – especially with my dogs on walks in the woods or along the beach. It brings me peace and new energy. I also love to go to concerts and experience live music, and I like to travel south to enjoy the sun and recharge.
In addition, I keep active with both badminton and strength training, and I value spending time with family and friends – it’s those moments that provide balance in everyday life and make life a little extra good.
Which project has been the most satisfying to work on?
The most satisfying project for me has definitely been the transition from B2C to B2B sales – from selling to private individuals to working with business customers. It has been an exciting and educational journey, where I have truly developed both professionally and personally.
Transitioning from a leadership role in an industry I knew inside out to suddenly being new in a completely different field required adjustment, courage, and not least the willingness to be adaptable. But that process has given me new energy and a deeper understanding of sales work in a broader context.
It has been challenging – but mostly incredibly rewarding – and today I stand stronger with new competencies and a great pride in the journey I have been through.
