Meet Danni
Danni is one of the founders behind EasyRecycle – and has been there the whole way, from three people on the floor to nearly 50 employees.
He is driven by the day-to-day progress and the strong sense of team that makes EasyRecycle what it is. The big projects with thousands of units are what really give him a kick – because when it all comes together, he knows the team can handle anything. Outside work it is padel, strength training and good time with family and friends – and a bit of Formula 1 in the background never hurts either.
How long have you been part of EasyRecycle?
Nick, Svend Erik and I started EasyRecycle together back in the day.
What is the best thing about working at EasyRecycle?
The colleagues and the progress that happens every single day. We have gone from three employees to nearly 50 today – it has been a fantastic journey.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
- Playing padel tennis and strength training - Watching ice hockey and Formula 1 - Spending time with family and friends
Which project has been the most satisfying to work on?
When we have larger projects with several thousand units and get to put the final stamp on one, it gives a good feeling and a reminder that there is no job we cannot handle.
Why do you think customers should choose EasyRecycle?
We are without doubt the best choice, because customers can count on the agreements we make being kept. We meet our customers at eye level and take the time to understand what they need. We have the experience and the will to solve things – and we always get there. That is why we have a large group of customers who choose us year after year. Several of our people can now tick off five and ten years with us. That tells you we have built a good workplace – and a good workplace matters if we are going to give customers a good experience. The two go together.
