Meet Dorthe
Dorthe is no stranger to the EasyRecycle family – she's been a partner since 2020. Now she's taken the leap and joined the team full-time.
With roots on a farm on the island of Falster and an energy that's truly contagious, Dorthe brings a rare blend of warmth, drive and business savvy to the B2B team. She believes in "The Easy Way" – doing things properly, simply and responsibly. And she means it. Outside the office, you'll find her on the yoga mat, on the dance floor, running with her local club or at a live concert. And yes – she can still do the splits.
How long have you been part of EasyRecycle?
As a partner since 2020, and as an employee since February 2026. So EasyRecycle has been part of my everyday life for a long time – now it's just gotten even better.
What's the best thing about working at EasyRecycle?
The strong sense of community and the unique mix of North Jutland charm, smiles and professionalism. There's a special energy here – people mean what they say, and there's room to be yourself.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Yoga, dancing, running with my local running club and live music. I need to move and feel the energy – whether it's on the mat, the dance floor or in front of a stage.
Which project has been the most satisfying to work on?
I've only just arrived, so I don't know yet – but I'm incredibly excited about everything we're going to do together!
