Meet Jill
Jill is an energetic problem solver at EasyRecycle, where she juggles logistics, customer contact and quick fixes with a smile.
With a background in the world of sport, she thrives at high tempo, where teamwork and shared success are what count. She loves the feeling of making things work out – especially when the pressure is on. When Jill is not coordinating transport, she is out looking for new experiences, enjoying good food or heading off skiing. And yes, she talks a mile a minute!
How long have you been part of EasyRecycle?
I have been part of the company for several years now. I came from the world of sport, so it was a completely new world for me. I work full time on the transport and logistics side, since the company has grown pretty fast and more people have joined. What I do best is customer contact, keeping several balls in the air at once, keeping a cool head and getting things solved – quickly where possible, but always in a good and enjoyable way.
What is the best thing about working at EasyRecycle?
The best part is when things come together and the pressure has been on! It gives a real sense of happiness and satisfaction, both for the customer and for me. I love the customer contact and getting to know the people I work with. And my colleagues matter a great deal to me. Good colleagues make the work easier and more fun day to day! Together we are stronger – every player has an important role in making things work.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love good food and eating out, holidays in the southern sun and the annual ski trip to Norway with the family. I look for plenty of experiences in life. Day to day it is strength training and running. Otherwise I enjoy fresh air outdoors.
Which project has been the most satisfying to work on?
We had a big project with two hospitals where we collected and took over all their phased-out and left-behind equipment. We worked hard and we got there – it was really rewarding to be part of a job that size. There was a lot to take into account, and I followed the project from the start, from the meetings to the collections. Hugely exciting!
Why do you think customers should choose EasyRecycle?
We think hard about the security of our customers' equipment and data – and not least about the environment, because we do everything we can to give the devices new life and get them reused. And we are not that rigid about things – we are North Jutlanders, after all!
